Good product, Fantastic supplier

The delivery company managed to crunch the, very well packaged, box.

The helmet survived but the screen protector had a deep scratch across it. I sent an email to the supplier and had an almost instant response. The level of customer care went way above that of other companies. They offered very satisfactory resolution (but sadly the delivery company failed on actually getting the new screen protectors to me several times...but that's not the suppliers fault..more to do with a big company not wanting rural areas).

This is the 1st time I have used United welding supplies ..it won't be the last!!!
